It is finally time for me to go album by album with a very small review. I figured I would start with the group that currently has the least amount of albums – Simon and Garfunkel. Even though Paul Simon took a long time to write songs, he obviously is still faster than 99% of other artists out there. Simon and Garfunkel released five albums from 1964 to 1970.
Wednesday Morning, 3 AM
I guess if I had to hear classic church-like tunes, I would want it to be from Simon and Garfunkel.

Sounds of Silence
This had a much better version of “The Sounds of Silence” and “I Am a Rock”. Better than the first and won’t be the worst. Take that rhyme, Paul!

Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme
This album contains all four-star songs (with the exception of Homeward Bound). This is the definition of a very good album – but not great.

Bookends
When you put a ‘song’ like “Voices of Old People”, you deserve to be punished. Overall a very good album but some hits and misses.

Bridge Over Troubled Water
This is a fantastic album with three 5-star songs and the rest 4-star. “The Only Living Boy in New York” is a sleeper and “The Boxer” and “Bridge Over Troubled Water” are all-time greats.
